The short version

StickerHop does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no server.

What the app does with your files

When you share a WhatsApp chat export or an image to StickerHop, the app reads it on your device, extracts the stickers, converts them, and stores the results in the app's private storage on your iPhone. Photos, videos, and chat text inside an export are ignored and never leave the file you shared. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

iMessage and WhatsApp

Stickers you send in Messages or add to WhatsApp are handled by those apps under their own privacy policies. StickerHop passes the sticker file to the app you chose and keeps no record of what you sent or to whom.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app uses them only to tell you when a large import finished while the app was in the background. Notifications are generated on your device.

Data retention and deletion

Your stickers stay on your device until you delete them in the app or delete the app. Deleting the app removes everything.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
